Our team has had a fantastic year – and we have you to thank. We had the opportunity to build challenging, aesthetically demanding projects with some of the Bay Area’s top designers and architects. Each and every homeowner was a joy to work with, and some of them even invited photographers and magazine editors to poke around their completed projects. In our 15th year, we are proud to say it was a good one!
Fruits of Our Labor: Best Projects of 2014
This family-friendly Edwardian renovation turned out to be a fantastic collaboration with Aleck Wilson Architects and Wright Stewart Jones Design Studio.
Preserving this 1890 SFFD firehouse was a special treat. Aleck Wilson brought his usual design sensibility and our craftsmen really had their time to shine on the interior details.
Boor Bridges Architecture and Geremia Design were top-notch teammates for remodeling this industrial live-work space in SOMA. The interior staircase-turned-retractable skylight was an especially fun challenge to build.
Together with Turnbull Griffin Haesloop Architects, we built out an Alaskan yellow cedar deck and garden wall to make the most of this spectacular bay view.

This downtown rooftop leaves nothing to be desired – and Where Magazine recognized designer Lauren Geremia for a job well done at our SOMA Loft project.
